Very Impressed with your Martin Luther King, Jr. Projects!!

Unfortunately I was out sick most of the week and didn't get to see your projects earlier, but I brought them home with me and read all of the work you turned in.  I must admit how proud I was of all of you, and how thankful I am to work with such amazing children and families!!  Stephanie really took a lot out of the videos we watched, and her poster was stunning; Aubrielle made the most creative milk carton mask of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.; and everyone made some truly thoughtful and inspiring "dreams"!!  Thanks again to all the families who took the time to discuss the holiday with their children, and come together to reflect upon the positive changes our society has enjoyed because of the work of Dr. King.  Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!  -Mr. Linnet
